Daily monitoring: Oil level (conservator with MOG), WTI, OTI, silica gel breather, Buchholz relay (if fitted).
Monthly: Oil BDV (≥30 kV), moisture analysis, bushing inspection (cracks/carbon).
Yearly / advanced: IR (primary–secondary, phase–earth), TTR, winding resistance, Tan Delta, thermal scanning, oil DGA.
Daily: Engine oil pressure, coolant, battery (>24 V for 24 V systems), fuel, panel alarms.
Weekly: No-load trial (10–15 min), vibration & noise.
Monthly: Load test (≥75%), AVR calibration, neutral grounding.
Critical: Alternator IR, synchronization (parallel DGs).
Earth tester (3-point / 4-point). Typical targets: normal buildings <5 Ω; hospitals & data centers <1 Ω. Chemical earthing, salt & charcoal treatment, pit inspection, step & touch voltage where required.
Busbar joints (torque), ACB/MCCB/MCB, control wiring. Thermography for hot spots. Testing: IR (>1 MΩ), contact resistance, relay testing.
Functional: EB→DG changeover, DG→EB return delay. Settings: voltage sensing, time delay. Test with simulated power failure.
Visual: insulation damage, loose terminations, overheating. Megger, continuity; partial discharge on high-end installations.
Motor current / overload, compressor health, filters. Panels, contactors & relays.

Daily run status, noise, vibration, motor temperature. Monthly IR, bearings, alignment. Current measurement, dry-run & auto cut-off.
Gate, NRV, float valves — operation & leak tests. OHT/UGT inspection; tank cleaning & disinfection (3–6 months).
